Pennypack Farm and Education Center presents three nights of movies followed by discussion groups led by panels of experts at the Ambler Theater. Each movie delves into a different aspect of sustainability. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for the Sponsor Expo in the lobby - WVWA will be there! Learn how maple syrup and sugar are made - a delicious and fun way to make science come alive! WVWA offers a very special winter event that is ideal for families, scout groups and anyone curious about the maple sugar process. Guides take small groups through the woods to see the tapped trees and then watch it being boiled into sugar. End your walk at WVWA’s historic headquarters for hot chocolate and warm treats with maple syrup.

Join us before you start your day for a 30-45 minute bird walk at Four Mills Reserve. We will meet every other month (second Tuesday) at 7:30 A.M. We will explore a variety of preserves over the year and will have the opportunity to see different birds throughout the seasons.
