Wildlife Observation at Four Mills Reserve
Four Mills Reserve lies within the Wissahickon Creek’s beautiful floodplain, and consists of wooded and riparian areas, rich with red maple and sycamore, with Wild leek, and jack-in-the-pulpit intermingling on the forest floor. Many species are beginning to nest this time of year, and we’ll bring along Wildlife Observation Checklists to document what birds, plants, mammals, reptiles, and amphibians we discover along the way.
