Join WVWA on a birding trip to the Delaware Bayshore, at a time when migration along the Atlantic Flyway is not to be missed! A place of astonishing biodiversity, the Delaware Bayshore provides opportunities to experience several habitats in a single day, from vast tidal wetlands and beaches to successional fields and upland forest. This diversity of ecosystems makes the Bayshore a birding hotspot and an important area for migrants, with over 300 species of shorebirds, waterfowl, wading birds, and songbirds passing through each year.
